2023/24 Panini Prizm Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Hobby: Box Contents and Chases

Prizm's first EuroLeague release gives collectors a new way to collect the competition: a 100-card opti-chrome base set, four autograph collections and a lineup that includes Colorblast and Stained Glass. The appeal of 2023/24 Panini Prizm Turkish Airlines EuroLeague Hobby starts with that debut. It brings the Prizm name to EuroLeague cards with a relatively compact base checklist and several distinct collecting paths around it.

Panini's official Hobby product page identifies the box as SKU 2-17062-10 and specifies one autograph, 15 Prizms and five inserts per box, on average. Those averages make the autograph and Prizm content central to the format; the two advertised SSP inserts supply a separate chase.

What comes in a Hobby box?

The Hobby configuration is ten packs of five cards, for 50 cards per box. Panini lists ten boxes per case.

The 100-card base set gives this release a defined collecting target alongside the autograph and insert chase. A box contains half that many cards in total, including its other content, so opening one box is only a start toward the base set. The configuration does not establish how many different base cards an individual box will contain.

The averages also describe the box as a whole. They should not be read as a promised autograph or fixed distribution of Prizms and inserts in any particular pack.

Four autograph collections to explore

Panini names Signatures, Prizm Retro Signatures, Champions Signatures and Dual Signatures as the autograph collections in this release. That gives an autograph-focused collector more to investigate than a single signature set: the checklist choice extends across four named collections within the same product.

Prizm Retro also appears among the inserts, giving that name a presence in both signed and insert content. For someone drawn to that part of the release, it is a useful distinction when searching for cards: Prizm Retro and Prizm Retro Signatures are separate named collections.

Panini's product description does not specify the signers or whether signatures are on-card or on stickers. Those details matter when choosing an individual autograph, so the collection name alone should not settle the choice.

Inserts, Colorblast and Stained Glass

The advertised insert lineup includes Far Out, Fireworks, Prizm Retro, Fearless, Kaleidoscopic, Get Hyped and Dominance. Alongside the base set and Prizms, these provide several named sets for collectors who prefer a narrower target within the release.

Panini separately identifies Colorblast and Stained Glass as SSP inserts. They are the standout scarcity chases in the product description, but Panini supplies neither pull odds nor print runs there. The five-insert box average does not promise either SSP, and the SSP designation cannot be converted into a numerical population.

What the season label tells you

The product is explicitly 2023/24 EuroLeague Prizm, but Panini says packages may randomly include cards depicting players or imagery from previous EuroLeague seasons. For collectors building a collection around a particular season, that makes the individual card's subject and imagery worth checking rather than relying entirely on the year printed on the box.

This release's strongest collecting hook is the combination of Prizm's EuroLeague debut and a 100-card base set. The Hobby format adds a stated autograph average and substantial Prizm content, while Colorblast and Stained Glass give collectors distinct SSP targets. Which part deserves a place in your collection depends on the actual cards you want from those sets; the debut establishes the product's place in the lineup, while the player, design and signature details determine the appeal of an individual card.
