Availability

“Available” items have a working Buy now or marketplace button. “Reserved,” “Sold,” and “Not currently available” items cannot be purchased from the page.

Payments

Direct checkout is handled by Stripe. Marketplace purchases are paid through that marketplace. Hammy Puller Card Co. does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

Shipping

Shipping charges, eligible destinations, and any signature or insurance terms are shown before payment or on the marketplace listing.

Returns and problems

The return terms shown at checkout or on the marketplace listing control the sale. Keep the packaging and report a wrong item, shipping damage, or authenticity concern promptly with photos.

Seller submissions

Submissions are private and do not create a consignment, listing, or binding offer. Final acquisition terms depend on physical identity, authenticity, condition, quantity, and lawful ownership. Contact details, item information, notes, and uploaded photos are used to review the proposed sale, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and keep necessary business records. They are not published automatically.

Privacy and Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose “Allow analytics.” When allowed, it can receive page paths, traffic-source parameters, approximate location, browser and device information, non-sensitive catalog search terms, and interactions such as viewing an item, opening checkout, reading a guide, or completing the Sell to Hammy submission.

Seller-form fields, uploaded photos, private reference codes, account details, and payment information are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad-personalization signals are disabled. The GA4 property is configured for 14-month event-data retention; aggregated reporting may be retained longer by Google.

You may allow or decline analytics in the consent panel and change that choice at any time with “Analytics preferences” in the footer. You may also clear site storage in your browser or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Necessary security, session, and form-processing data are separate from optional analytics.

For a privacy question or a request concerning an existing seller submission or purchase, use the same email or marketplace conversation through which Hammy Puller contacted you and put “Privacy request” in the subject or first line. Identity details will be used only as needed to verify and fulfill the request.
