2026–27 Topps Flagship Bundesliga: Hobby Ink, Retail Exclusives and a 200-Card Set
Black Edge belongs to Hobby, Kinetic belongs to retail, and the Mega Tin has an On Fire chase of its own. The format changes which Bundesliga cards you can collect.
We update this release guide as verified product details develop.

Black Edge, Kinetic and On Fire are three reasons to pay attention to the packaging on 2026–27 Topps Flagship Bundesliga. They lead to different parts of the collection: Black Edge is a Hobby exclusive, Kinetic is a retail short print, and On Fire has its own place in the Mega Tin. Following a favourite player means checking which version of his card belongs to which format.
The foundation is a 200-card base set covering the Bundesliga and 2. Bundesliga, with Veterans and Rookies, Future Stars and League Leaders. Around that shared set, Topps has built quite different autograph, memorabilia and parallel offerings. The expected release date is November 12, 2026.
Hobby Jumbo: two autographs, with a third hit alongside them
The U.S. Hobby Jumbo case listing breaks the box down into eight 25-card packs and a separate three-card Black Edge Silver Pack. That makes 203 cards, including the bonus pack. A sealed case contains 12 boxes.
Topps announced a $94.99 Jumbo Box price for its October 13 preorder. The box delivers three autograph or relic cards, including at least two autographs. Two signatures are the minimum; the third hit can be an autograph or a relic. Topps also specifies two Chrome Icons cards and four sequentially numbered parallels per box.
Black Edge and its autograph versions give Hobby a separate collecting lane, while Hobby Rainbow supplies another named parallel family. The autograph offerings include Base Card Autographs, Base Card Legend Autographs and Matchwinner Autographs. The contrast is useful: a collector following a current player can have a different checklist path from someone building around Bundesliga legends, even though both are opening the same format.
Hobby also carries exclusive Base Card Relics with player-worn or match-worn memorabilia. Those are different descriptions of the material; an individual card’s wording determines which applies to that piece.
The Mega Tin has its own signature insert

The German Topps Mega Tin contains 40 cards, including three On Fire inserts, two Purple Voltage parallels and one Chrome Icons card. Topps offers two tin designs and lists the format at €14.99 in its German preorder material.
On Fire is the tin’s distinctive insert route, with an autographed version also advertised as a possible pull. The signed card is a chase, rather than part of the tin’s stated six-card insert-and-parallel breakdown. For a collection centred on those On Fire cards or Purple Voltage, the tin offers something that a larger Hobby box’s card count does not replace.
The On Fire checklist has 20 subjects, including Joshua Kimmich, Carney Chukwuemeka, Julian Ryerson and Angelo Stiller. All four also appear in the On Fire Autograph Parallel list. A Kimmich collector has a clear tin-specific path from OF-11 to the signed OFA-JK, rather than simply hoping his name appears somewhere in a mixed insert allocation.
Chrome Icons also matters here. A tin includes a card using the Chrome treatment alongside the Flagship cards, so the format crosses two finishes within one small opening. The Hobby box has its own two-card Chrome Icons allocation; the presence of Chrome Icons alone does not identify a card as a Hobby exclusive.
The Derry Scherhant preview makes that change in presentation clear: oversized silver Chrome Icons lettering curves across a honeycomb background, with Freiburg's red-and-white shirt above it. The metallic lettering is a very different frame from Diamond Rookies' bright faceted surround.

Eco Pack and the retail-only routes
The German Eco Pack has 30 cards, including two Limited Edition cards and one exclusive Blue Voltage parallel, at a €9.99 preorder price. Its Blue Voltage colour is a different target from the tin’s Purple Voltage. These euro prices describe the German offers, separately from U.S. distribution.
The wider collection includes retail-exclusive Stars of the Bundesliga and Kinetic, which Topps identifies as a retail short-print insert. That is a concrete reason to investigate retail even when Hobby’s autograph allocation is the main attraction. Black Edge and Kinetic are different destinations, rather than a single chase offered at two box sizes.
The rookie list needs a player-by-player look

Topps’ release overview names Samuele Inácio, Francis Onyeka, Kennet Eichhorn, Mathis Albert and Keita Kosugi among the rookie cards. Harry Kane, Michael Olise, Nico Schlotterbeck and Saïd El Mala also feature in its collection description.
Diamond Rookies narrows the focus to five cards with a special foil treatment. The official checklist names Justin Lerma, Samuele Inácio, Montrell Culbreath, Ayodele Thomas and Kennet Eichhorn. Dortmund and Leverkusen each have two representatives; Leipzig has one. Inácio and Eichhorn cross over from Topps’ advertised rookie group, while Onyeka, Albert and Kosugi do not appear in this particular insert.
Culbreath's preview gives the Diamond Rookies design plenty of personality: his black-and-red Leverkusen kit sits against a huge blue-and-purple faceted shape, with small gems scattered around the frame and an RC mark below the photograph. The five-player checklist gives that particular design a much tighter rookie focus than the collection's wider base set.
Those other rookie collections have different routes. Francis Onyeka has a Black Edge card and a Black Edge Autograph Parallel; Keita Kosugi has a Black Edge card. Mathis Albert appears in Home Pitch and Prime Time, as well as Base Card Autographs. The rookie designation alone does not tell a collector which of Flagship’s designs to follow.
Club history runs through the smaller checklists
Black Edge spans 50 checklist entries, mixing rookies and established players with club figures such as Dedê and Michael Zorc for Dortmund, Manfred Kaltz for Hamburg and Oliver Kahn for Bayern. Kahn also appears in the Black Edge Autograph Parallel list. That gives a Bayern collection a Hobby route built around its former goalkeeper, alongside the modern-player offerings elsewhere in Flagship.
All Kings follows another historical path. Its ten-card list includes Harry Kane and Michael Olise for Bayern, Florian Wirtz for Leverkusen, Erling Haaland for Dortmund, Arjen Robben for Bayern and Uwe Seeler for Hamburg. These are the team designations on those checklist entries: Wirtz and Haaland are represented through their Bundesliga clubs.
The five-card Class of ’75/76 Autographs group is more tightly defined still: Klaus Fischer, Erich Beer, Uli Stielike, Dieter Müller and Berti Vogts. Stielike and Vogts give a Mönchengladbach collection two signed targets in the same historical family. It is a different reason to open Flagship from following Diamond Rookies or a current star’s base autograph.
For a Bayern collector, the format split is particularly easy to see: Kane and Olise appear in retail’s Kinetic, Kimmich has the tin’s On Fire and its autograph counterpart, and Kahn has Hobby’s Black Edge and its signed version. Those are specific cards to choose between, with three different connections to the same club.
