The most unusual chase in 2026 Parkside INDYCAR Collection Vol. 1 comes from the track itself. The Alex Palou INDY 500 Authentic Brick Relic contains a piece of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway Brickyard, bringing a different kind of racing memorabilia to a release built around drivers, signatures and race photography.

Parkside scheduled Hobby shipping for May 12, 2026. Hobby and retail hangers share the Vol. 1 identity, but their autograph frequency and exclusive content give them different jobs within the collection.

Hobby and hanger contents

FormatCardsSignatures and distinguishing content
Hobby20 packs, eight cards per packTwo signatures per box, on average
Retail hanger25 cards per packSignature cards average one in 10 packs; hanger-exclusive Studio Signatures

The hanger breakdown includes 19 base cards and two foil parallels, alongside Marquee Moments, Vintage and Pit Pass content. Parkside also advertises randomly inserted bonus cards. Hobby puts substantially more cards into a single opening and raises the advertised autograph frequency; the hanger’s Studio Signatures give the smaller format an identity of its own.

The roster and numbered base chase

The manufacturer’s base checklist runs from Alex Palou at No. 1 through Marco Andretti at No. 34. Pato O’Ward, Scott Dixon, Kyle Kirkwood, Christian Lundgaard and Felix Rosenqvist occupy the next five spots after Palou, while Kyle Larson appears at No. 33.

Base parallels are Green Checkered /100, Blue /25, Orange /10, Black /5 and Gold 1/1. That ladder gives the familiar race photography several distinct collecting paths, with the checkered treatment especially at home in an INDYCAR set.

Numerics, Americana and the Brickyard

Parkside advertises more than 25 insert sets, including Numerics, Americana and Helmet Hardware. The official Numerics preview builds Pato O’Ward’s card around a large orange 5; Josef Newgarden’s Americana card uses a waving flag behind his portrait. Those are two quite different approaches to the same grid: car-number identity and a driver-focused portrait.

Driver signatures form another major strand of the release, with Sting Ray Robb among the official signature previews. The Palou brick relic supplies the most distinctive material story: its appeal is the connection to Indianapolis Motor Speedway itself. Parkside describes an authentic piece of the Brickyard, rather than race-worn clothing.

For INDYCAR collectors, Vol. 1 offers a useful combination of a compact base checklist, driver ink and inserts that draw on racing’s own visual language. The difference between the two formats is meaningful: Hobby emphasizes signatures across a larger opening, while hangers bring their own Studio Signatures chase.
