Wild Card Alumination Just the Hits Football Aaron Anderson base autograph-design preview

2026 Wild Card Alumination Just the Hits Football is a collection of quite different visual approaches to the same football roster. Aaron Anderson’s base preview uses a purple frame, metallic-looking borders and a dense dotted background. KC Concepcion’s Artist Proof preview replaces that geometry with brush effects, handwritten marks and a layered painted surface.

The standard checklist lists 49 subjects, including Patrick Mahomes, Joe Montana, Brett Favre, Dan Marino, John Elway, Peyton Manning and Fernando Mendoza. A separate 250th edition adds Red, White and Blue treatments to the family.

Artist Proofs and the core insert mix

Artist Proof styles include Jolt Canvas, Blackbook, Art of Money and Sketch Anarchy, with signed and unsigned True 1/1 cards on Rainbow foil. The visual contrast with the framed base design is a major part of the product’s appeal.

Psyched, Smashing and Groovin develop different foil-led designs. Psyched and Smashing each use 10 foil boards and eight colors; Groovin includes Lava, Kaleidoscope, Mosaic, Sparkle and Raywave treatments. Wild Card lists each exact signed and unsigned card in these branches as a one-of-one.

Rising Son adds another insert family, with one-of-one autographs and a numbered unsigned foil ladder. Rising Son Color Match is a separate one-of-one branch across 14 boards.

Comix and Mammoth cards

Comix Silver Age and Golden Age use five colors on Rainbow foil, with signed and unsigned True 1/1s. Comix Dual brings two signatures together across 14 foil boards, each card color-matched and numbered 1/1.

Mammoth versions expand Groovin, Psyched, Smashing and several Comix families into oversized cards. Smashing’s Gold and Diamond Mammoth versions, for example, use CrystalHolo for autographs and Rainbow for unsigned cards. Premium and Premium Dark Comix designs add further oversized branches.

The 250th edition

The 250th checklist has its own Red, White and Blue Alumination, Psyched, Groovin and Comix groups, plus DinoMight and Silver Age cards. Some unsigned RWB families have numbered ladders, while their autograph entries are one-of-ones; that configuration differs from the standard edition’s broadly one-of-one base and insert groups.

The standard checklist, 250th checklist and manufacturer release index identify the editions. Within that assortment, the clean framed base card, painted Artist Proof and oversized comic cover offer distinctly different ways to collect a football player.
