2026 Wild Card Johnny Bench National Exclusive: Splat, Mammoth and Matte Autos

2026 Wild Card Johnny Bench National Exclusive gives the catcher a dedicated autograph collection across five design families. Two Bench photo variations appear in the checklist, with Splat, Galactic Splat, Metallix Fractal, Mammoth and Matte treatments.

Wild Card places the release in July 2026. Each exact listed autograph card is a one-of-one, with the photo variation carried through the card’s identity.

Splat and Galactic Splat

The Splat Base preview uses a red paint burst against a white field, framing Bench in a batting helmet. The large white signing area is integrated into the splash, with the player name below. Splat has three designs, a, b and c: a and b carry 10 one-of-one parallel slots per foil, while c has five.

Galactic Splat gives Bench a more expansive landscape composition, with a space scene and sweeping red-and-white graphics around the catching image. The Galactic Team Color design is a signed Rainbow-foil True 1/1 branch.

Metallix and Mammoth

Metallix Fractal Auto Team Color Match uses a Team Color Fracture design on Rainbow foil, each a True 1/1. Mammoth Team Color Autograph adds an oversized die-cut format, likewise on Rainbow foil and numbered as True 1/1s.

Those formats supply a substantial change from the standard portrait-shaped Splat card: fractured color treatments and an oversized silhouette become part of the collecting choice alongside the Bench photo.

Matte Base autographs

The Matte Base branch has seven designs, each offered as a one-of-one autograph on Paper Crystal and Paper Gold foil. That makes 14 design-and-foil combinations for each photo variation.

The release’s appeal is its concentration on Bench: the same catcher moves through exuberant paint effects, a space-themed landscape, die-cut Mammoth construction and quieter Matte layouts. The manufacturer checklist separates the five autograph families and two images; Wild Card’s 2026 index records the July release grouping.
