Arch Manning and Quinn Ewers share a College Ties autograph in Panini's 2025 University of Texas NIL set. That pairing gives the release an immediate football attraction, but it also points to the checklist's broader idea: connect athletes through the Texas program, then let the different sports supply their own compelling combinations.

Released in January 2026, the set carries a 2025 product year and brings current players together with familiar Longhorn names. The official checklist stretches from Manning's College Contenders card to Madison Booker, Cat Osterman, Sanya Richards-Ross and a deep selection of volleyball players. The school is the organizing identity across the whole release.

College Ties makes the pairings matter

College Ties TEX-9 joins Manning and Ewers. A different quarterback pairing, TEX-1, puts Vince Young with Mack Brown. The first connects two Texas quarterbacks; the second brings a quarterback and coach onto the same autograph card. Both give a collector a reason to choose the combination rather than simply count two signatures.

The ten-card College Ties group also includes Earl Campbell and Ricky Williams, Madison Booker and Tre Johnson III, and Cat Osterman and Teagan Kavan. Those pairings let football, basketball and softball collectors follow the same autograph concept through their own parts of the program. Booker and Johnson provide a men's-and-women's basketball connection, while Osterman and Kavan give the softball selection a cross-generation pairing.

Volleyball receives Madisen Skinner and Cari Spears at TEX-5. Baseball pairs Max Belyeu and Jared Spencer at TEX-6. Those subjects make the multi-sport label meaningful: the checklist devotes specific combinations to sports that could easily have become a few background names in a football-led product.

Contenders and Prizm offer different routes through the roster

The College Contenders section begins with Manning at #1 and runs through 35 cards, including Booker at #12, Torrey Stafford at #16 and Rori Harmon at #35. The Legendary Contenders block continues #36–50, with its entries marked SP. The label doesn't mean that every athlete in that block is retired; Reese Atwood, Tre Johnson III and Teagan Kavan appear there alongside names such as T.J. Ford and Brian Orakpo.

Campus Legends is a separate ten-card insert group. It includes Vince Young, Ricky Williams, Earl Campbell, Mack Brown, Roger Clemens, Colt McCoy, Logan Eggleston, Sanya Richards-Ross, Cat Osterman and LaMarcus Aldridge. For collectors following the school's longer sporting history, that selection reaches well beyond the quarterback position.

Prizm has its own checklist, with Manning, Booker, Atwood, Osterman and other Texas athletes. Student Orientation adds a different subject group, including Cari Spears, Jalin Flores and Dylan Volantis. These sections let a collector follow a favorite athlete across named Panini lines within the same school-focused release.

Color Blast and the school-focused chases

The checklist marks Color Blast as SSP and names six subjects: Manning, Vince Young, Tre Johnson III, Roger Clemens, Mia Scott and Madison Booker. That gives both current players and established Texas names a place in one of Panini's recognizable chase lines. The SSP designation identifies the classification; Panini hasn't supplied a numerical pull rate in the checklist.

Thunder is identified as hobby-exclusive in Panini's product announcement. Its five checklist subjects are Manning, Earl Campbell, Max Belyeu, Reese Atwood and Tre Johnson III. The release also has SSP School Colors and Profiles entries, so those names refer to specific checklist groups rather than a single catch-all rarity tier.

The autograph program extends beyond College Ties. Private Signings includes football, basketball, baseball, softball and volleyball names, while NIL Autographs supplies another signer group. Manning, Booker, Cari Spears and Abby Vander Wal appear in the latter; Mia Scott and Teagan Kavan both have Private Signings entries. Check the named autograph set as well as the athlete when identifying a card.

Hobby and blaster are different openings

The official hobby preview shows six packs of six cards, with two autographs per box on average. It advertises a hobby-exclusive Camo Prizm and Diamond Plate content. The package puts Mia Scott beside Manning on the front, a fitting visual summary of the release's football-and-softball reach.

Panini's blaster product page specifies six packs of four cards. It identifies Red, White and Blue, Donuts and Neon Green as retail-blaster exclusives, with randomly inserted autographs. The hobby autograph average therefore shouldn't be transferred to the 24-card blaster format.

Texas NIL earns its school-wide approach through the actual checklist. Manning and Ewers may be the first attraction, but Booker and Johnson, Osterman and Kavan, and Skinner and Spears give collectors equally clear reasons to follow another sport. That range is what makes this a Longhorn collection rather than a football set with a few extra names.
