Futera Platinum Newcastle 2026/27: Club Legends and Game-Used Relics
Asprilla, Gascoigne and Given lead the advertised autograph names. Jacob Ramsey’s Masters preview shows how the new Newcastle collection makes room for memorabilia.
We update this release guide as verified product details develop.

Futera Platinum Newcastle United 2026/27 brings club legends’ on-card autographs together with game-used memorabilia, in a three-pack display expected in late November 2026. Faustino Asprilla, Paul Gascoigne, Shay Given, John Barnes and Nolberto Solano are among the advertised signers. The memorabilia previews put current Newcastle subjects inside white, gold and pale-blue frames, with Jacob Ramsey’s horizontal Masters card giving its fabric window almost as much visual weight as the player. Futera sell sheet
Futera’s late-November window remains provisional. A precise launch day, sale hour and direct-store price have not been announced. This is the upcoming 2026/27 Platinum club collection, separate from Newcastle’s earlier Fans’ Selection release. Manufacturer release schedule
Masters gives the memorabilia room
Ramsey’s Masters preview puts a circular player portrait at the left and a tall, curved memorabilia opening at the right. The black-and-white sample inside that window echoes his Newcastle shirt. Gold lines run around both elements, so the fabric feels built into the composition rather than squeezed beneath the photograph. For a club-focused relic set, that repeated stripe pattern is a particularly satisfying touch.
The vertical layouts take a different approach. Sven Botman’s Triumph centers a smaller, hexagonal window beneath his photograph, while Harvey Barnes’ Conquerors stretches its opening across the lower part of the card. Triumph’s long side rails give Botman a tall, narrow frame; Conquerors surrounds Barnes with angular lines that continue around the relic panel. These are three distinct ways to build a Newcastle memorabilia card, rather than the same window repeated across the release. Exact design previews, page three
Futera specifies game-used memorabilia and says the reverse will describe the player’s item. That makes the back part of the appeal: it supplies the context for the fabric displayed on the front. The pictured swatches are design samples, so their colors and shapes should not be treated as a promise about every finished copy.
Newcastle signatures with a record on the back
The advertised autograph group spans Asprilla, Gascoigne, Given, John Barnes and Solano, bringing several familiar Newcastle names into the same club release. Futera specifies on-card signatures, with the signing location and date recorded on the reverse. The ink belongs on the card itself, while the back preserves details of the signing. Those names establish a useful starting point for an autograph collection, but Futera has not provided a complete autograph checklist or individual insertion rates in this preview. There is also no fixed autograph count per display in the sell sheet: signed cards share the premium-hit slot with memorabilia and special inserts.
Artistry carries the frame into the action
William Osula’s Artistry preview uses the same gold and pale-blue language without a memorabilia opening. The angled frame narrows beneath his running pose, then crosses around the Newcastle crest above the insert name. His dark kit gives the white surround a strong contrast; the photograph remains the focus even with all that ornamental linework.
Futera says inserts are individually foil-numbered and that most sets have rare parallels, including 1/1 versions. The preview does not assign print runs to Artistry or list every parallel, so the pictured Osula design establishes its appearance rather than its final scarcity. Insert details
Three packs per Newcastle display
The manufacturer’s pack layout is up to two base cards, one base parallel and one premium hit. That premium slot contains a memorabilia card, an on-card autograph or an ultra-rare special insert. A display holds three packs; four displays make a minicase, and four minicases make a full case. Manufacturer packing specification
That gives Platinum a compact opening centered on three premium slots, with base cards and parallels supporting them. For Newcastle collectors, the strongest early combination is the club-specific autograph group and the generous memorabilia layouts—particularly Ramsey’s Masters. The final checklist and November launch terms will show how those previewed designs fit into the complete release.
