2026 Leaf Metal Independence Day: America 250 Designs and Founding Fathers Exclusives

Cameron Boozer's autograph preview places a large basketball photograph in front of the American flag. Olivia Dunne's 250 Years design uses an illustrated winged figure and oversized anniversary lettering behind her portrait. 2026 Leaf Metal Independence Day builds its identity around America's 250th anniversary, using the patriotic artwork as part of the actual card composition.

Leaf's calendar dates the release to June 2026. Hobby boxes contain three autographs, with ten boxes per case. Founding Fathers Edition is a separate format with exclusive autograph groups and eight-box cases.

Two ways to fill a patriotic frame

Boozer's preview uses a broad gold surround, with the flag behind the athlete and a silver-colored autograph panel below. The large blue signature remains visually separate from the stars and stripes. The photograph has enough space to keep the basketball subject recognizable within the anniversary theme.

Dunne's card takes the 250 Years wording as a larger graphic element. Her portrait sits in front of the anniversary number, with blue wings extending across the top of the design. The red, white and blue colors carry through to the lower signing area and border.

Leaf advertises patriotic die-cut signatures and multi-signed cards as well as the regular autograph program. Its subjects span athletes and entertainment figures, including Barry Sanders, Bo Jackson, Peyton Manning, Nolan Ryan, Lamine Yamal, Anthony Hopkins, Brie Larson and Jeff Goldblum.

The cut signatures have a format of their own

Signs of Freedom cut signatures fall one per case exclusively in Founding Fathers Edition, according to Leaf. Advertised examples include John F. Kennedy, Donald Trump and Ronald Reagan. That cut-signature program is separate from the athlete-and-celebrity photographs shown in the regular preview cards.

Founding Fathers Signatures are also exclusive to the named edition. These format restrictions are the useful details for a collector following the political and historical subjects: they identify the appropriate edition rather than implying that ordinary hobby boxes contain the same exclusive groups.
