2026 Leaf Metal Women of Sport: Greek Goddesses, Inscriptions and Shaped Inserts

Kai Trump's preview uses the same framework for Iris, trading the ocean scene for a vivid, multicolored surround. 2026 Leaf Metal Women of Sport gives that new insert a visual identity that can change meaningfully from athlete to athlete.

The September 2026 release contains four autographs and four base cards per box, with ten boxes per case. Its advertised selection includes Anna Leigh Waters, Gabriela Jaquez, Hope Solo, Abbey Murphy, Azzi Fudd and Olivia Dunne.

The goddess changes the setting

The Aphrodite preview separates Dunne's photograph from the illustrated figure through color and placement. The athlete stays above the white signing panel, while the orange goddess occupies the lower-right portion of the card. The waves fill the surrounding space without hiding either element.

Iris receives a much brighter treatment. Trump's golf photograph cuts across a busy spectrum of color, and the small illustrated goddess remains in the corresponding corner. The shared layout makes the two cards recognizable as a pair of Greek Goddess designs even though their backgrounds feel quite different.

Leaf introduces Greek Goddess, Force of Nature and Hear Me Roar in this edition. Those named groups give the 2026 release its own insert program rather than relying entirely on a returning base design.

Ink and the card’s outline

Leaf also advertises on-card signatures, including autographs with player inscriptions. The inscription is a useful additional detail when choosing an individual card: it can distinguish two examples of the same athlete's autograph through the words added by the signer.

Queens of Sports die-cuts provide a separate shaped-card direction. Between those outlines, the new themed inserts and the inscription program, the release offers several specific ways for a collection to develop around an athlete. The four-base, four-autograph configuration keeps both the regular cards and signed versions within the box's identity.
