2026 Select WNBA: Collage Arrives, Black Color Blast Returns
Olivia Miles gets a full illustrated world in Collage. Paige Bueckers gets a burst of color against black. Select WNBA’s new preview gives both approaches room to shine.
We update this release guide as verified product details develop.

Collage is the new arrival in 2026 Panini Select WNBA Hobby, joining Black Color Blast and dual autographs in a release with some striking differences between its card designs. The Olivia Miles Collage preview fills nearly every inch with illustrated details. Paige Bueckers’ Black Color Blast leaves broad stretches of black around one airborne photograph. Put them together and Select’s insert chase looks much less like a single design repeated with different names. Panini’s Hobby preview
Hobby is expected November 25, 2026, according to Steel City Collectibles’ exact product listing, which marks the date subject to change. Panini currently labels its own offer “Coming Soon” without a sale time or price. November 25 is the working release date for the Hobby box, not a confirmed appointment for Panini’s direct-store checkout. Expected Hobby release
Collage builds a scene around Olivia Miles
Miles rises through a crowded mix of basketballs, lynxes, water, trees, a bridge and a city skyline. Loose brush marks and lettering make Collage feel like a decorated page rather than a conventional framed action shot. The large lynx head at the left balances her extended shooting arm; the smaller animal near her feet keeps the lower half busy without covering the player. It is a design with plenty to notice after the first glance.
Panini identifies Collage as a new short-print insert. The Miles preview uses a Minnesota theme, while the box mockup pictures her in Dallas; her final team labeling is therefore still unsettled in the preview material. Panini has not supplied Collage insertion odds on the Hobby page, so its short-print description does not establish a numerical pull rate. Official Collage and box previews
Bueckers gets the opposite treatment
The Bueckers Black Color Blast pictured above makes its impact with space. Her blue-and-green Dallas uniform cuts across red, orange and yellow powder, with the ball held above her head and one knee raised. The black background lets the photograph and color burst carry the card; the gold Select logo, Wings emblem and silver name stay near the edges.
That contrast is the appeal of these two inserts within the same Select release. Collage builds an illustrated setting around Miles, while Black Color Blast strips the surroundings away from Bueckers. The Hobby packaging calls Black Color Blast ultra-rare, but it does not provide pack odds. Neither preview supports treating one as a promised box hit. Panini product and packaging
Clark and Mitchell share Select Pairings
The Fever’s Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell share the horizontal Select Pairings preview. Each gets a photograph on the right and a broad signature panel on the left, with the insert title separating the two halves. Clark’s red uniform and Mitchell’s white jersey keep the portraits distinct; the repeated curved gold frames tie them together. For a Fever collection, the pairing gives the card its reason to exist beyond simply carrying two signatures.
Panini’s stated Hobby average is three autographs or memorabilia cards per box, so the Clark–Mitchell preview illustrates one autograph possibility within a mixed hit format. It does not turn that three-card average into three guaranteed autographs. Hobby configuration and dual-autograph preview
The Hobby box around those chases
Each Hobby box contains 12 five-card packs, with averages of 12 Base Prizms and nine inserts or insert parallels, alongside the three autograph-or-memorabilia cards. That puts the photographed chase cards inside a 60-card opening with regular parallel and insert content; the averages do not specify which packs contain them. A case holds 12 boxes. Collage is the fresh design to watch as Select WNBA approaches its expected November release. The Miles illustration, Bueckers’ stark Black Color Blast and the Clark–Mitchell pairing already give this Hobby preview three distinct collecting hooks. The remaining release details to watch are Panini’s sale time and price, plus the final checklist and insert odds.
